This home was sold by MVI as part of ACED’s rehab-for-resale program in 2004 and was reacquired in December 2021 after the owner passed away. When the home was initially rehabilitated by MVI in 2000, it was part of a real estate development investment into Rankin that resulted in 14 homes renovated and nine new construction homes around the Miller Ave corridor.
