• “What if I have credit problems — or no credit?”

• “What are closing costs?”

• “How do I know if I qualify for a mortgage?”

• “How do I find the best interest rates?”

• “Are there programs available to help me get the money needed to purchase a home?”

If you’ve got questions, MVI’s Housing Counseling Program has answers! Approved by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), we offer pre-purchase counseling, pre-closing counseling required by PHFA and other lenders, and post-purchase counseling. We’ll work with you to create a personalized action plan to help you pursue your dream of owning a home.
