The Grant Street Renaissance apartments are comprised of five buildings in Turtle Creek with one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental units. Apartments are reserved for individuals and families at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are welcome at all of MVI’s properties.

Due to the required application process, MVI cannot provide immediate housing and some apartments may have a waiting list. A number of documents will need to be provided, and applications will only be processed once all required documentation is received.
