Sponsorship Opportunities

Each year, MVI celebrates the Mon Valley region’s progress, while honoring the partners and community leaders that made it possible, at our Annual Dinner & Community Awards Ceremony. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at the McKeesport Palisades Event Center.

Awards presented each year at the ceremony include:

  • Community Partner of the Year Awards, awarded by fellow community members for outstanding community service.

  • H.J. Heinz Award, awarded to an individual/organization that has worked diligently to promote and further the resurgence of the Mon Valley region.

  • Regional Partnership Award, awarded to an individual/organization that has made a commitment to working with MVI on a program, project, or issue.

This annual celebration is only possible with the support of our sponsors. We are once again pleased to offer a variety of opportunities, which are outlined below. The deadline to confirm sponsorship and submit any accompanying ads or logos is Friday, August 15, 2025.

Sponsorship Levels

Platinum: $5,000

  • Listed as Presenting Sponsor on hard copy invitation, email invitations, and MVI website

  • Listed by name and logo as Presenting Sponsors on all event signage

  • Company logo displayed on all event materials and slideshow during event

  • Full-page ad (4”x7”) in digital event program – back cover or inside front cover

  • Eight complimentary tickets

Gold: $3,000

  • Large-size company logo on welcome signage

  • Company logo on all event materials and slideshow during event

  • Full-page ad (4”x7”) in digital event program

  • Six complimentary tickets

Silver: $1,000

  • Medium-size company logo on welcome signage

  • Company logo on all event materials and slideshow during event

  • Half-page ad (4”x3”) in digital event program

  • Six complimentary tickets

Bronze: $500

  • Small-size company logo on welcome signage

  • Half page ad (4”x3”) in digital event program

  • Four complimentary tickets

Submitting Your Sponsorship

You can submit your sponsorship by printing and mailing our sponsorship form to Mon Valley Initiative, 305 East 8th Ave., Homestead, PA 15120. Please include a check or money order payable to Mon Valley Initiative.
